The hotel location was central, easily accessible to all the sights. The metro was just next door! room service provided us with excellent tea, and the huge television was a great feature. the shower was wonderful with delightfully fluffy towels. I felt so pampered.
The front desk staff, while initially cute, didn't offer greetings during the remainder of my stay. A small detail, yet it impacted my experience.

The well-equipped gym had multiple treadmills, stationary bikes and weight machines ensuring a comprehensive workout. it also offered complimentary water and towels for all guests to use during their exercise routines. Such a thoughtful addition.

Breakfast featured freshly baked pastries, champagne, and port! the eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly, and the fresh fruit selection was varied. there was also an executive lunch with gourmet soup and hake. Exquisite!

The hotel is near the metro station , made access from the airport simple. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I especially liked the double glazed windows because they kept the room quiet. The bathroom was excellent also.
The bar does not have much atmosphere.

The team at reception were super helpful. They provided advice for exploring the area and restaurant recommendations, which I found to be very useful. Housekeeping kept the room very tidy.

I find the staff helpful. My room have rainfall shower and some nice snacks was left out. The hotel gives 24/7 reception. This. I liked the location. It doesn't take long get to the river.

The hotel has a heated outdoor pool. I think that this is great. Breakfast offers a wide buffet selection and champagne plus port wine, make it very pleasant to have breakfast. The hotel offers easy access to the airport via metro in 30 minutes.

I found the breakfast to have big selection. You can find omelet or egg as you like if you ask in the kitchen, its a very helpful facility. There is a restaurant but it opens late, at 9 pm so book in advance.

The hotel location is perfect. Short way to the market is helpful. Metro station just is outside the door. This is very useful. It offers walking distance to main attractions, this make moving around the city very convenient.

The room was just not what I expected from a supposed five-star hotel. It was too small (two people could not walk at the same time in front of the bed). The front desk staff only greeted me upon arrival. After that, they seemed to IGNORE me.
